📋 Description

• Own features end-to-end from database schema to frontend interface • Collaborate with software architects, product owners, and developers • Participate in code reviews and pair programming • Design data flows using Postgres, Redis, and RabbitMQ • Build Next.js frontends on top of implemented services • Deploy features to production • Maintain a fast CI/CD pipeline • Identify bottlenecks, security risks, and failure modes across the stack • Direct, review, and improve coding-agent output • Contribute to architectural and technical decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience on both sides of the stack • Experience with C# and .NET on the backend • Experience with React and TypeScript on the frontend • Experience building microservice architectures • Production experience with Postgres, Redis, and RabbitMQ • Experience with Next.js and Tailwind • Experience with Node.js, Express.js, or Nest.js • Knowledge of architecture principles, performance optimization, and secure scalability • Experience working in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban • Clear writing skills • Comfortable communicating in English and German • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
