📋 Description

• Lead a team of AI video artists and editors • Lead AI-assisted video production using generative AI image and video tools • Provide creative direction and ensure strong visual storytelling, cinematography, animation quality, and consistency • Develop and improve AI-assisted production workflows from storyboard interpretation and image generation through video generation, editing, and final delivery • Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce rework • Review AI-generated outputs for character consistency, proportions, continuity, composition, camera movement, morphing, glitching, and other visual artifacts • Provide actionable feedback to maintain production quality • Manage team workloads and monitor production targets and quality metrics • Conduct regular performance reviews • Mentor artists to improve creative and technical capabilities • Evaluate emerging AI image and video generation tools • Experiment with new techniques and introduce solutions that improve visual quality, creativity, and production efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Experience translating scripts, creative briefs, and storyboards into compelling visual narratives for educational, promotional, or brand-focused videos • 5+ years of total experience • Minimum 1 year of experience leading creative teams • Proven ability to mentor, guide, and develop talent • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Confidence presenting ideas to internal and external stakeholders • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere Pro • Familiarity with generative AI video tools • Expertise in conceptual storytelling • Ability to translate educational objectives into engaging narratives • Understanding of composition, pacing, color theory, and narrative flow • Skills in compositing, color theory, and color correction • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain organized file structures • Hands-on experience with generative AI video tools • Curiosity and willingness to learn, experiment, and adopt AI tools • Nice to have: Familiarity with 3D animation or compositing, including Cinema 4D or Blender • Nice to have: Background in campaign strategy, copywriting, or art direction • Nice to have: Familiarity with instructional design principles and pedagogical best practices • Team collaboration and open communication • Receptiveness to feedback • Ability to work independently • Passion for visually compelling storytelling with generative AI
