📋 Description

• Transform scripts, storyboards, and animatics into engaging educational videos using generative AI image and video tools, traditional animation, and motion graphics • Collaborate with creative leads, illustrators, and content developers • Generate high-quality images and video sequences from storyboard frames and visual references • Develop and refine prompts for character actions, camera movements, visual compositions, and animation styles • Maintain character consistency, accurate proportions, scene continuity, and stylistic coherence across shots • Identify and correct AI-generated artifacts such as morphing, glitches, and unnatural movements • Refine AI-generated footage through editing, compositing, motion graphics, and other post-production techniques

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop • Proficiency in English for clear communication and collaboration • Strong understanding of composition, color, pacing, and storytelling principles • Hands-on experience with generative AI video tools, including Google Flow and OpenAI • Understanding of video storytelling fundamentals: composition, pacing, color theory, and narrative flow • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain organized file structures • Curiosity and willingness to learn, experiment, and adopt AI tools • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field • Experience using AI-powered tools for animation, image generation, video editing, or workflow optimization • Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools • Interest in storytelling for educational, scientific, or technical subjects • Effective collaboration and open communication • Receptiveness to feedback and ability to implement it efficiently • Ability to work independently when required • Passion for visually compelling storytelling with generative AI
