📋 Description

• Design, build, and launch a new Managed Services offering from the ground up • Lead the design and setup of AI-, BI-, Data Platform-, and Data Governance-managed services • Establish standard operating procedures • Build client onboarding frameworks • Ensure infrastructure is scalable, secure, and ready for market deployment • Define and implement standardized service catalogs, backup strategies, patch management policies, and security frameworks • Create technical blueprints, discovery checklists, and automation scripts for transitioning new clients into the managed environment • Evaluate, negotiate, and integrate third-party vendor solutions, including cloud providers and cybersecurity tools • Establish helpdesk escalation paths • Build the internal knowledge base and standard operating procedures from scratch

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience working inside a mature MSP environment • Proven experience building or heavily optimizing PSA tools • Expert-level knowledge of core MSP platforms and cloud ecosystems, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS • Strong background in networking, including firewalls, switches, and VLANs • Experience with virtualization • Experience with backup/disaster recovery (BDR) solutions • Knowledge of modern cybersecurity frameworks • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash • Strong project management abilities • Excellent technical writing skills • Entrepreneurial mindset capable of working with minimal supervision • Customer-first mindset
