📋 Description

• Oversee approximately six product and engineering squads cross-functionally, ensuring alignment across processes, priorities, and work cadences. • Organize and track team rituals, meetings, ceremonies, and delivery cycles. • Monitor operational metrics and team performance indicators, identifying deviations, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. • Ensure that documentation for processes and product initiatives is organized and kept up to date. • Track sprint planning and execution, identifying the impact of urgent requests and priority changes. • Identify blockers that may affect delivery progress and coordinate solutions with the relevant teams. • Facilitate communication between Product, Engineering, and other areas of the company, fostering alignment and collaboration. • Consolidate information on squad operations and prepare reports for leadership and other stakeholders. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes by using data to identify what is working and what needs to be adjusted. • Track the progress of initiatives to understand the context and needs of each squad while maintaining an integrated view of operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in operations, project management, program management, process management, or Agile methodologies. • Knowledge of squad-based practices and workflows, including sprints, ceremonies, and delivery tracking. • Ability to work with metrics and indicators to monitor processes, identify bottlenecks, and support decision-making. • Familiarity with artificial intelligence and its key concepts, including practical experience using or working with AI tools. • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with the ability to understand information, participate in conversations, and prepare written communications. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to structure information and processes. • Autonomy and a proactive approach to gathering information, identifying problems, and driving actions without constant guidance. • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, align expectations, and follow up on commitments constructively. • A collaborative and diplomatic approach, with the ability to work across different teams, priorities, and perspectives.
