📋 Description

• Advise Asset Management, Private Wealth Management, Corporate and Investment Banking, and Investor Services firms on their projects • Work on strategic projects, business and operational roadmaps, and merger or organizational integration programs • Develop new business activities, services, and products • Support innovation and ESG initiatives • Lead regulatory compliance projects • Redesign organizational structures and optimize or automate processes • Support the selection of partners and software vendors and implement tools • Implement recommendations arising from inspections and internal audits • Contribute to internal studies, the organization of client events, and regulatory and technology monitoring • Work independently, proactively put forward ideas, and develop your skills under the guidance of an experienced manager or partner

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of a leading business school, engineering school, or university, with a specialization in banking/finance, audit, or consulting • At least 3 years of experience in Asset Management, Private Wealth Management, Corporate and Investment Banking, or Investor Services • Ideally, experience in a consulting or audit firm, or with a major financial-sector organization • Professional proficiency in English • Energetic, committed, and eager to grow professionally • All positions are open to people with disabilities
