📋 Description

• Work with clients on transformation projects within Finance Departments and business functions, including accounting, finance, management control, and treasury • Support the evolution of the finance function across its entire value chain • Position the Finance Department as a contributor to the definition of the company’s strategy • Redefine the operating model by optimizing associated processes, operations, and tools • Digitize the Finance function and evolve business practices • Develop service offerings for internal and external clients, including data production and management, accounting and regulatory management, financial steering, and performance reporting • Support the evolution of finance roles and the development of related skills through scoping, change management, and training • Design and implement a common costing model as part of the merger of two entities within an insurance group • Document business processes following the implementation of new management and data management tools, including SAP S/4HANA, Concour, SuccessFactors, and EDMS, and lead change management initiatives • Scope and support business teams in transferring Procure-to-Pay activities to a Shared Services Center (SSC) • Prepare requirements specifications and support the selection of an accounting tool • Contribute to the development of the Finance, Risk, and Compliance team and the consulting firm • Develop expertise in the finance function • Enhance the team’s profile by writing articles and organizing client events and roundtables • Participate in internal training, recruitment, and event organization activities

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of a leading business school and/or engineering school (Master’s degree or equivalent) • 4 to 5 years of experience in a consulting firm, including experience working with a Finance Department • Strong knowledge of management control, French GAAP, IFRS, and standards, regulations, and reporting frameworks such as COREP, LCR/NSFR, Protide, ICAAP, and ILAAP • Experience with Finance tools, including ERP systems such as SAP, Cegid, Sage, and Evolan, as well as consolidation tools such as Tagetik and OneStream • Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong client-service orientation • Rigorous, proactive, and detail-oriented • Willingness to commit, grow professionally, and take on varied and rewarding experiences • Professional fluency in English • All positions are open to people with disabilities
