📋 Description

• Own day-to-day program management of the Security organization's projects • Apply and evolve a single operating standard across security projects • Drive project hygiene covering ownership, dates, scope, plans and status • Own intake and triage for security requests across Slack, ticket forms and direct asks • Produce per-person, per-project and program-level status briefs and operating reports • Maintain team capacity and project commitment models and flag slippage or overcommitment • Inventory and measure interruption work and propose projects to reduce unplanned work • Prioritize new work based on impact, urgency, dependencies and capacity • Partner with AI engineering as an internal customer and product owner for the program management capability • Represent Security program management across the company • Report to the Director of Security and collaborate with security leadership, engineers and the AI team

🎯 Requirements

• 6 years of program or project management experience, ideally including time in technical or engineering organizations • Demonstrated experience using AI to scale program management practice • Deep fluency with Jira and Confluence, including epic and project structure, JQL, dashboards and reporting • Excellent written communication • Comfort working without complete information and exercising judgment • Ability to push back constructively, including upward • Experience operating in a remote-first organization • Bonus: prior experience in security, infrastructure or platform engineering organizations • Fluent spoken and written English • Must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico
