📋 Description

• Evaluate leading international startup ecosystems, accelerators, VCs, incubators and scale-up support models • Identify the key needs and bottlenecks of startups from formation through scale-up • Interview founders and ecosystem experts to validate findings • Identify high-value interventions for startups • Define which capabilities JUNI should build, partner for or connect externally • Develop a framework for diagnosing startup needs and matching them with appropriate support • Define how JUNI should measure the impact of its support • Translate findings into the JUNI Startup & Scale-up Playbook v1.0 • Work closely with JUNI management and the program team

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in strategic thinking, strong research capabilities and startup ecosystem work • Experience in VC platform / portfolio operations, a leading accelerator or incubator, venture building, founding or working at a startup/scale-up, Deep Tech commercialization, or university entrepreneurship • Excellent track record as a founder or startup/scale-up experience • Understanding of the different needs of early-stage startups and scale-ups • Strong bias towards practical solutions rather than theoretical frameworks • Experience with Deep Tech, science-based startups, VC portfolio support or scale-up organizations particularly valuable • Availability for an approximately 8–12 week project • Must provide profile, availability, expected rate and answers to three application questions
