📋 Description

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of infrastructure components and the engineering platform • Build and evolve the Agentic Engineering Platform, including intent orchestration, API execution, code generation, data analysis, and agent-assisted troubleshooting • Design and implement CI/CD Golden Paths integrated with the agentic layer, from templates through PR review, approval, and merging in accordance with guardrails • Measurably reduce the setup time for new services • Develop and implement structural monitoring, observability, and alerting, consolidating metrics, logs, traces, events, and cost data • Evolve the Kubernetes (GKE) foundation with a focus on sustainability, standardization, and intelligent automation • Institutionalize incident management with AI-assisted analysis, connecting detection, diagnosis, and remediation • Create and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform, including auto-generation, intelligent validation, rollback, recovery, and operational fixes • Support the definition and tracking of SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets • Support critical system migrations, environment segregation, and the deprecation of legacy technologies • Participate in and influence the development of an AI-First engineering culture focused on reliability, automation, and standardization • Collaborate with the SRE Partner, SRE FinOps, and product teams in adopting and evolving the platform

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with GCP (GKE, IAM, Pub/Sub, BigQuery) • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and distributed architecture • Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) and Terraform • Proficiency with observability tools and practices, including Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Thanos, OpenTelemetry, and Alertmanager • Ability to analyze logs and the performance of distributed systems • Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Helm, and GitOps on GKE • 2+ years of production development experience in Go or Python • Experience with LLM agents in production, including tool use in agentic loops, MCP, and orchestration via Vertex AI, Anthropic, or an equivalent platform • Experience defining and tracking SLOs and error budgets • Experience with incident management, on-call rotations, and postmortems • Previous experience building engineering platforms, Internal Developer Platforms, Golden Paths, or Developer Experience initiatives (nice to have) • Significant contributions to observability, toil reduction, or operations automation (nice to have) • Experience in multi-cloud environments or high-traffic companies (nice to have) • Familiarity with GitOps practices and declarative infrastructure management (nice to have) • Data-driven and AI-First mindset • Close collaboration with SRE Partner, FinOps, and product teams • Platform-builder profile, with a hands-on coding approach
