📋 Description

• Drive fulfillment rates up by closing supply-demand gaps • Maintain healthy professional utilization and reduce unfulfillment • Resolve customer issues quickly and empathetically • Own accurate reporting on utilization, unfulfillment, and quality • Run outbound calls to quality-grading standards • Contribute to operational improvement projects • Learn tools, CRM, and fulfillment metrics; own daily reports • Take ownership of fulfillment and utilization targets • Lead a small efficiency improvement • Handle customer escalations in the assigned area

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in operations or customer support, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment • Fluent Arabic and solid working English • Comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets, reading metrics, and acting on data • Experience in the service industry or an on-demand/marketplace business is nice to have • Familiarity with CRM systems and operational tooling is nice to have • Must be currently based in Egypt • Comfortable working a 6-day schedule with a total of 6 days off monthly
