📋 Description

• Drive sales, KPI performance, and commercial growth • Build strong teams and develop talent • Recruit ambitious, results-oriented employees • Ensure store appeal in line with the JYSK concept • Support stores during seasonal changes and transition periods • Implement new tools and commercial initiatives • Visit each store regularly and stay close to day-to-day operations • Coach Store Managers • Motivate teams • Ensure that every store provides the best possible customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• You have already gained initial experience as a District Manager or in a similar role within the retail sector • Strong commercial mindset • Coaching-based leadership style • Ability to make decisions and take ownership • Excellent communication skills • Ability to motivate teams • Focused and results-oriented approach • Ability to thrive in an environment where change and growth are priorities
