• Ensure the management, administration, and proper operation of IT infrastructure services. • Ensure the availability of databases and organize backups and data restorations. • Guarantee IT security for network and server infrastructures as well as end-user tools. • Coordinate user support tasks and IT asset management. • Manage software licenses and support/maintenance contracts, including renewals. • Ensure proper operation, updates, and administration of the ticketing system, and its correct use by technicians. • Serve as the primary point of contact for AKW and its subsidiaries on infrastructure and network matters. • Maintain technology watch on Microsoft, Google Workspace, Cisco, and Fortinet solutions.
• Degree (Bac+4 or equivalent) in Systems and Networks. • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies: WAN, LAN, VoIP and securing these links; SCCM; and Atlassian Jira tools. • Broad expertise in the Microsoft environment (MCSA certification) and familiarity with Google Workspace. • Experience managing IT infrastructure projects (e.g., new headquarters, site deployments). • Knowledge of ITIL (help desk, asset management, service lifecycle). • Proficient in IT security practices. • Additional knowledge is a plus: Cisco IP Phone/Jabber, SAP, Dynamics CRM, SQL Server, Power BI. • Fluent English required (read, written and spoken). • Rigorous, organized, dynamic, and team-oriented. • Excellent interpersonal skills.
