Kaikaranga is a New Zealand-based non-profit organisation (formerly Taikura Trust) that provides needs assessments, navigation and coordinated disability supports for disabled people, their families and whānau in the greater Auckland region. Acting as a NASC gateway, Kaikaranga offers free and funded services including referrals, counselling, carer support, individualised funding guidance and connections to government and community partners to help people access the right supports and live independently. 📋 Description

• Conducting service co - ordinations for clients with a range of physical, intellectual and sensory needs • Coordinating tailored support packages within funding requirements and individual goals • Building quality relationships with clients, whānau, providers and teams across the organisation • Maintaining high quality documentation using the Socrates IT system • Working remotely from anywhere in Aotearoa - Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin or the regions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven NASC experience within the health or disability sector • Strong working knowledge of Socrates and funding allocation requirements • Experience coordinating natural and formal supports for people with diverse needs • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect across diverse cultural backgrounds • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and confidence working independently
