📋 Description

• Support successful delivery of Workday Extend applications for the cloud-based Workday system • Capture requirements and document, implement, deploy, and support applications within Workday Extend implementation projects • Develop and share expert knowledge of Workday, the Extend platform toolset, and HCM/Financials business domains • Build customer relationships and understand requirements • Ensure solutions are aligned with customer needs, fit for purpose, and commercially viable • Escalate issues appropriately and seek support from experienced team members • Collaborate with Extend consultants, customers, and colleagues from other offices

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency with XML, REST, SOAP, JSON, and knowledge of an object-oriented programming language, preferably J2EE • Good understanding of cloud computing and web services • Some experience in a consulting or client-facing environment • Proficient use of the English language • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics • Attention to detail • Ability to work within remote teams and alongside customers, and independently with limited supervision • Ability to plan workload and meet deadlines • Ability to apply relevant standards and procedures while maintaining quality and accuracy • Awareness of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and information security • Willingness to travel to customer sites and collaborate with colleagues from other offices • Workday Integrations or Extend Certification desirable • Experience designing workflows desirable
