📋 Description

• Contact e-commerce decision-makers (founders, CMOs, and heads of marketing) via cold calls and generate interest in an initial consultation • Schedule and book qualified introductory calls via Calendly • Work with pre-qualified lead lists from the prospecting system • Use and continuously improve a proven call script and objection-handling guide • Report results daily • Help build a new sales channel from the ground up as the first outbound sales representative in a scaling e-commerce business • Opportunity to advance to a closer role based on consistently strong performance

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally, at least one year of sales experience, whether as an outbound sales representative, setter, closer, or in a comparable role • You are highly effective on the phone and enthusiastic about cold calling • You work independently and are results-oriented; you do not need someone monitoring you 24/7 • You are accustomed to being measured against KPIs and compensated based on performance • You are disciplined enough to work remotely • Native-level German • Application including a 60–90-second voice message and CV
