📋 Description

• Managing central inbound and outbound telephone and email channels • Responding to and resolving general and specific inquiries relating to mortgage lending, home savings, and installment loans • Performing related administrative tasks • Supporting sales partners in using EUROPACE • Independently clarifying payout-related matters, including preliminary document reviews and following up on outstanding items • Handling requests in a structured manner and administratively implementing solutions • Monitoring service levels and availability • Coordinating between partner banks and sales partners

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or business administration training • Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level), both written and spoken • Proficiency in MS Office • Openness to learning new systems and processes • Experience in mortgage lending, installment loans, or financial services is a plus but not required • §34i qualification preferred, or willingness to obtain it during onboarding • Customer-focused approach, empathy, ability to concentrate, and an authentic, responsible manner
