📋 Description

• Conduct interior and exterior inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties • Complete five pre-planned daily routes with approximately 40 appointments per week • Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties • Take measurements and calculate living areas • Document the current stage of construction and any maintenance work required or carried out • Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues regarding current team matters • Use the route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team

🎯 Requirements

• Interest in real estate and initial experience in the real estate industry, or a strong interest in this field • Ideally, experience with living-area calculations and property measurements • Communicative, reliable, and independent working style • Accuracy, diligence, and a strong sense of responsibility • Professional, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor • Proficiency in Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook • Category B driver’s license and some driving experience • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
