📋 Description

• Inspect residential, commercial and special-purpose properties, both internally and externally • Complete five pre-planned day routes with approximately 40 appointments per week • Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties • Take measurements and calculate residential floor areas • Document the current construction progress and any maintenance measures • Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues regarding current team matters

🎯 Requirements

• Affinity with the real estate sector and initial experience in the property industry, or a strong interest in this field • Ideally, experience with residential floor-area calculations and property measurements • Strong communication skills, reliability and an independent working style • Accuracy, diligence and a responsible approach to work • Professional, service-oriented and friendly manner • Confident use of Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams and Outlook • Class B driving licence and some driving experience • Very good command of German, both written and spoken
