📋 Description

• Inspect residential, commercial and specialist properties, both internally and externally • Conduct five pre-planned daily routes, totaling approximately 40 appointments per week • Responsible for assessing and documenting the structural and technical condition of properties • Take measurements, calculate living areas, and document current construction status and maintenance measures • Regular digital communication with colleagues about current team matters

🎯 Requirements

• Affinity for real estate and initial experience in the real estate sector, or a strong interest in this field • Ideally, experience with living-area calculations and measurements • Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently • Accuracy, conscientiousness and a responsible approach to work • Well-groomed, service-oriented and friendly manner, even in stressful situations • Valid Class B driving licence and some driving experience • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
