📋 Description

• Inspect residential, commercial and special-purpose properties both inside and outside • Perform five pre-planned daily tours with approximately 40 appointments per week within the nationwide service network • Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties • Take measurements and calculate living/floor areas • Document current construction status and any maintenance measures • Regular digital communication with colleagues about ongoing team topics

🎯 Requirements

• Affinity for real estate and initial experience in the real estate sector or a strong interest in this field • Ideally, experience with floor area calculations and site measurements • Communicative, reliable and able to work independently • Accuracy, conscientiousness and responsible conduct • Professional, service-oriented and friendly demeanor • Confident use of Office programs such as Excel, MS Teams and Outlook • Valid Class B driving licence (car) and some driving experience • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
