📋 Description

• On-site inspections of residential, commercial and specialty properties • Conducting 5 pre-planned daily routes with approximately 40 appointments per week • Assessment and documentation of the technical/structural condition of properties • Taking measurements, calculating living areas and documenting construction status and maintenance measures • Regular digital communication with colleagues about current topics

🎯 Requirements

• Affinity for real estate and initial experience in the real estate sector, or a strong interest in this field • Ideally experience with area measurements and taking dimensions • Strong communication skills, reliability and ability to work independently • Attention to detail, conscientiousness and responsible conduct • Neat, service-oriented and friendly appearance • Proficiency with office programs such as Excel, MS Teams and Outlook • Valid Class B driving license and some driving experience • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
