📋 Description

• Inspect residential, commercial, and specialized properties, both internally and externally • Complete five pre-planned day routes, with approximately 40 appointments per week across the nationwide service network • Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties • Take measurements and calculate living space • Document the current stage of construction and any maintenance measures • Regularly exchange updates digitally with colleagues on current team topics • Use route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team

🎯 Requirements

• Affinity with real estate and initial experience in the real estate industry, or a strong interest in this field • Ideally, experience with living-space calculations and property measurements • Communicative, reliable, and able to work independently • Accurate, conscientious, and responsible approach to work • Well-presented, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor • Proficient in Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook • Class B driver's license and some driving experience • Very good written and spoken German
