📋 Description

• Conduct internal and external inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties • Complete five pre-planned day routes with approximately 40 appointments per week across the nationwide service network • Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties • Take measurements and calculate living areas • Document the current construction progress and any maintenance measures • Participate in regular digital exchanges with colleagues on current team topics

🎯 Requirements

• Affinity for real estate, initial experience in the real estate industry, or a strong interest in this field • Ideally, experience calculating living areas and taking measurements • Communicative, reliable, and able to work independently • Accurate, conscientious, and responsible approach to work • Well-groomed, service-oriented, and friendly manner • Proficient with Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook • Class B driver’s license and some driving experience • Very good written and spoken German
