📋 Description

• Inspect residential, commercial, and special-purpose properties inside and out • Complete five pre-planned day routes with approximately 40 appointments per week • Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties • Take measurements and calculate living areas • Document the current construction progress and any maintenance measures • Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues on current team topics • Use route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interest in real estate and initial experience in the real estate industry, or a keen interest in this field • Ideally, experience calculating living areas and taking measurements • Communicative, reliable, and self-motivated • Accurate, conscientious, and responsible approach to work • Professional, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor • Confident using Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook • Category B driver's license and some driving experience • Very good written and spoken German
