📋 Description

• Inspect residential, commercial and specialist properties both inside and out. • Responsible for assessing and documenting the structural and technical condition of properties. • Perform measurements and calculate living floor areas. • Document current construction status and maintenance measures. • Regular digital communication with team members about ongoing matters. • Conduct five pre-planned daily routes with approximately 40 appointments per week.

🎯 Requirements

• Interest in real estate and initial experience in the real estate sector. • Experience with floor area calculations and measurements. • Reliable and able to work independently. • Accurate and conscientious. • Professional appearance and strong customer-service orientation. • Good knowledge of Office programs such as Excel, MS Teams and Outlook. • Valid Class B driver’s license and driving experience. • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
