📋 Description

• Own the platform’s design and make design decisions • Design user groups and workflows for consultants, employers, employees, and administrators managing occupational pension plans • Conduct user research, analyze data, and create flows, wireframes, and prototypes • Conduct testing before implementation and evaluate impact after launch • Further develop the existing design system for different brands and white-label applications • Plan the consolidation of multiple frontends for each user group into a single frontend • Develop transitional solutions to support the parallel use of legacy and new systems • Create designs that account for regulatory requirements, security, and clear, accessible language • Promote understanding of UX and design within the team and shape collaboration between design and development • Explore AI tools and help decide how they should be used so designs can be converted as directly as possible into production-ready components and code • Work closely with the Area Lead, Product Management, three development teams, and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, from research through to final screens • Proficient in Figma and experienced with design systems • Interest in complex applications involving multiple roles and large amounts of data • Experience using AI in day-to-day design work and willingness to deepen this expertise • Independent and structured working style, including the ability to work without other design colleagues • Comfortable working with legacy systems • Excellent German skills for clear and comprehensible communication in specialist discussions • Portfolio required • Experience with white-label products or in insurance and pensions is desirable, but not required
