📋 Description

• Provide course materials • Deliver technically sound and practice-oriented learning content • Take on teaching assignments in the short and medium term • Support and mentor participants • Bring the course to market and deliver it together with the team through planned assignments • Following successful completion of the trial phase, potentially take over full course production

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable qualification as a Cyber Security Administrator or individual qualifications in IT fundamentals, network security, system hardening, incident response, and hacking, or equivalent • Relevant professional experience applying Cyber Security Administrator techniques and methods in practice • Existing teaching materials for course delivery, or the motivation to develop them independently • Practical experience in adult education • Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and strong teaching skills • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and technical proficiency • Independent working style and flexibility • Confident use of digital tools and learning platforms • Submission of an instructor profile together with supporting documentation
