• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR administration • Provide reliable payroll support to employees • Operate smoothly the People & Culture function during coverage period
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, including PPh21, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan • Proven experience operating HRIS platforms in a professional HR environment • Experience handling full employee lifecycle documentation (onboarding to offboarding) • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field • Certification or training in payroll management or Indonesian labor law is a plus • Experience operating HRIS systems; hands-on experience with Catapa is a strong advantage • PPh21 calculation and monthly DJP reporting • BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan — registration, monthly contribution, and claims handling • Advanced Excel or Google Spreadsheet skills for payroll reconciliation and reporting • Understanding of payroll journal entries and cost allocation reporting (CAC, staff cost)
