📋 Description

• Draft, review, and manage end-to-end commercial contracts and legal documentation • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies across Kata.ai's SaaS and enterprise AI business • Mitigate legal risks • Support smooth commercial operations and scalable client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in commercial law, focused on contract drafting, review, and negotiation • Proven experience handling SaaS, technology, or digital platform commercial agreements • Understanding of subscription models, SLAs, data processing agreements, and IP clauses • Experience advising on Indonesian regulatory compliance across multiple legal entities • Experience working in or with a technology company, startup, or SaaS business strongly preferred • Ability to work independently and flexibly in a contract/freelance capacity • Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from an accredited institution • Familiarity with the Indonesian SaaS, technology, or digital economy legal landscape strongly preferred • End-to-end drafting, redlining, negotiation, and execution of SaaS agreements, MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and vendor contracts • Knowledge of Indonesian regulatory compliance, UU PDP, OJK where applicable, and corporate governance • Ability to support investment-related legal documentation and corporate secretary coordination • Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office • Professional legal drafting proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
