📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive support to the Field Sales team across retail and AFH channels • Coordinate daily operations and communication across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and other functions • Analyse sales and retail data and produce actionable insights, business reviews, and stakeholder-specific reports • Manage sales systems, databases, promotional plans, assortments, routes, and store information • Provide primary contact and technical support for sales tools • Partner with Key Account Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Representatives to evaluate promotional execution, point-of-sale materials, stock availability, and category management targets • Drive continuous improvement through ad hoc analyses, root cause investigations, sales force incentive tracking, IT adoption support, and best-practice sharing

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred • Proven experience in sales coordination, sales support, or related roles, ideally within FMCG or retail environments • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle and interpret large datasets • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with sales databases and CRM systems • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional and external-client collaboration • Fluent in English and Spanish
