📋 Description

• Build and develop talent pipelines across MENA • Find, engage, pre-screen and assess candidates, presenting qualified talent to recruiters • Conduct tailored outreach through social media, email, telephone, job boards, Boolean search, professional networks and associations or universities • Partner with recruiters to clarify role requirements, search priorities, candidate profiles and delivery timelines • Research market and position-specific information and share insights with recruiters and stakeholders • Recommend and apply effective sourcing approaches and use AI and data analytics to improve sourcing efficiency • Update candidate activity, statuses, notes, follow-ups and next steps in the ATS and recruitment tools • Organise and prioritise high-volume workloads across multiple requisitions • Coordinate candidate and recruiter touchpoints, interviews and related logistics • Maintain professional communication and support a positive candidate experience • Monitor process milestones, follow up on actions and escalate delays or risks • Support recruitment administration, reporting and team scorecard targets • Contribute to team projects, process improvements, onboarding and training • Handle candidate and business information confidentially and comply with legal, regulatory and company requirements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in candidate sourcing • Demonstrated knowledge of the MENA talent market • Strong working knowledge of local job boards, social media and other relevant candidate discovery channels • Ability to source for multiple roles across different disciplines and manage a high-volume requisition load effectively • Experience attracting passive candidates through cold outreach, search tools, Boolean search, networking and relevant professional or educational communities • Experience developing or delivering a social media sourcing and recruitment strategy • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to plan, track and prioritise numerous concurrent activities and deadlines • Reliable follow-through and ability to maintain accurate records, reminders and candidate follow-ups • Ability to identify challenges and risks, take appropriate action and escalate when needed • Strong relationship-building, communication and customer-service skills • Comfort working in a data-driven environment and contributing to scorecard targets • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday or comparable ATS/HRIS platforms • Professional-level fluency in English and Arabic is required • Life sciences, diagnostics, biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry knowledge is an advantage
