📋 Description

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions according to client processes • Use diverse sourcing methods, including spotlight calls and supplier updates • Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates • Shortlist candidates according to standard processes • Organize interviews with hiring managers • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs • Advise managers on recruitment best practices • Participate in internal, client, and supplier meetings to drive recruitment strategies • Prepare and extend job offers • Negotiate offer terms according to client requirements • Coordinate with HR for smooth onboarding • Manage end-to-end MSP processes and deliver a seamless experience for hiring managers and suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in staffing and recruiting, temporary labor, service level, and/or customer service industries • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team • Technical proficiency in MS Office and VMS tools • Recruitment background or equivalent experience • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Industry-specific recruitment experience • Professional-level proficiency in Arabic and English is required
