📋 Description

• Evaluar el estado actual de la Landing Zone AWS e identificar brechas operativas, de gobierno y de seguridad • Definir el Cloud Operations Model y el Cloud Security Maturity Model objetivo, incluyendo capacidades, procesos, controles, indicadores y planes de mejora • Diseñar hojas de ruta para evolucionar las capacidades de gobierno, observabilidad, automatización, resiliencia y seguridad cloud • Alinear los modelos con marcos de arquitectura empresarial y buenas prácticas de gobierno tecnológico • Definir lineamientos, estándares y decisiones de arquitectura para promover la estandarización, eficiencia operativa, seguridad y mejora continua • Documentar la arquitectura y los lineamientos de gobierno cloud para su adopción por equipos técnicos y de negocio

🎯 Requirements

• Más de 5 años de experiencia en tecnología • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en AWS, preferiblemente en entornos productivos empresariales • Experiencia sólida en Landing Zones, AWS Organizations, Control Tower, IAM, redes, seguridad, observabilidad y servicios compartidos • Conocimiento de gobierno cloud, gestión de riesgos, controles de seguridad, continuidad del negocio, automatización e Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Experiencia definiendo modelos operativos, evaluando madurez y construyendo roadmaps tecnológicos • Conocimiento de arquitectura empresarial, preferiblemente TOGAF • Conocimiento de AWS Well-Architected, AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), NIST CSF, CIS Benchmarks e ITIL/SRE • Experiencia en documentación de arquitectura, definición de estándares técnicos y elaboración de lineamientos de gobierno • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate o Professional deseable • AWS Certified Security – Specialty deseable • AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer – Associate deseable • Certificación TOGAF Enterprise Architecture deseable • Conocimientos o certificaciones en Azure o Google Cloud deseables
