📋 Description

• Co-responsibility for establishing and expanding the Mechanical & Plant Engineering segment • Developing innovative ideas and strategies to achieve growth targets • Structured, targeted, and professional acquisition of new clients for the placement of candidates in key positions • Developing and implementing strategies based on market observations • Managing and expanding cooperation with existing clients at management level • Building and supporting key accounts, with a focus on leading mid-sized companies and corporations • Managing national and international recruitment processes • Collaborating with research specialists and conducting targeted interviews with managers • Representing KEYPLAYER as a brand ambassador within the segment • Expanding, coordinating, and collaborating with the segment’s Adviser Board

🎯 Requirements

• At least five to ten years of professional experience in personnel consulting (interim management and executive search), with a focus on mechanical and plant engineering • Ideally, operational experience in industry or at a management consultancy specializing in this segment • Alternatively, recognition as a top manager in the segment, along with an excellent network and a personal affinity for sales and business development • Strategic vision for expanding the client base and the segment • Structured, conscientious approach and an entrepreneurial mindset and working style • Professional and representative presence at the highest level as a partner and solutions provider • Strong commitment to quality and client focus • Entrepreneurial spirit and high level of commitment • Established and resilient network at decision-maker level within leading mid-sized companies or corporations
