📋 Description

• Respond to and manage tickets and requests related to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, and Looker Studio) • Provide technical and functional support to Power BI users • Investigate and resolve issues related to dashboards, data, and performance • Create, evolve, and maintain analytical and operational dashboards in Power BI • Translate business requirements into intuitive and effective visual solutions • Apply data storytelling and UX/UI best practices to visualizations • Maintain and update technical and user documentation • Identify opportunities to improve processes, data, and tools • Collaborate with data and business teams in agile environments

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with Power BI (modeling, DAX, and publishing) • Proficiency in M language, DAX, and SQL • Experience in data modeling (star schema, performance optimization, etc.) • Strong data storytelling skills • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Knowledge of report administration (governance, permissions, workspace management) • Experience with environments such as Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks • Ability to translate business needs into clear dashboards • Familiarity with UX/UI principles applied to data
