📋 Description

• Understand clients’ businesses, objectives, processes, customers, and key performance indicators, and translate them into clear requirements • Support discovery sessions and workshops with business teams by capturing meeting notes, findings, and action items • Document functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and business processes • Assist with data analysis and documentation, including data dictionaries, data models, segmentation rules, and data quality requirements • Support functional testing of campaigns, customer journeys, and automations within CRM and marketing platforms • Use generative AI tools to research, analyze information, document findings, and create structured deliverables • Support identification and documentation of AI use cases for clients, including business problems, required data, and generated value • Prepare draft presentations, matrices, and documents for clients and internal teams • Track project tasks and action items using agile project management tools • Participate in team ceremonies with consultants, architects, designers, developers, and project managers

🎯 Requirements

• Student in the final semesters of a degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field • University approval to complete a professional internship • Curiosity about how businesses operate and ability to ask thoughtful questions • Regular use of generative AI tools, with ability to craft effective prompts and validate results • Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and data consolidation • Basic knowledge of databases and data analysis • Strong writing, summarization, and documentation skills • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail • Effective communication and ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams • Ability to read and understand technical English • Interest in rapid prototyping, experimentation, and continuous learning • Understanding of business processes and how technology can optimize them • Structured communication skills for documenting solutions and presenting technical ideas clearly • Basic SQL knowledge • Familiarity with CRM platforms, customer data platforms, or marketing automation solutions such as Salesforce • Knowledge of Customer Experience, Design Thinking, or agile methodologies • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Mural • Completed courses or personal projects related to AI, data analytics, or automation
