📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Product Design processes, from Discovery through Delivery. • Plan and conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods. • Identify improvement opportunities through analysis of data, user behavior, and business objectives. • Create user journeys, navigation flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to define solutions. • Validate hypotheses and solutions through usability testing and experimentation. • Ensure the application and evolution of the Design System, promoting visual and experience consistency. • Actively participate in agile ceremonies and product prioritization processes. • Support product decisions using metrics, data, and user feedback. • Contribute to the growth of the Design culture within the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI/UX Designer for digital products. • Proven track record running end-to-end projects (Discovery, Design, Validation, and Delivery). • Experience with user research, interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis. • Knowledge of Design Thinking, User-Centered Design, and Product Discovery methodologies. • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma. • Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and interfaces for Web and Mobile. • Familiarity with Design Systems and accessibility best practices. • Ability to interpret metrics and data to inform design decisions. • Excellent communication skills and ease working with multidisciplinary teams. • Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) is a plus.
