📋 Description

• Provide high-quality technical support to users on behalf of our clients • Diagnose and resolve IT issues (hardware, software, networks) remotely for clients • Provide user support, train, and advise on IT best practices • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services, including updating technical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science (Bac+5) or equivalent • 3 years of experience in an IT user support role (Helpdesk) • Strong knowledge of systems and network architectures • Excellent spoken French (C2) • Good command of English (minimum B2)
