📋 Description

• Provide high-quality technical support to end users on behalf of our clients. • Diagnose and resolve IT issues (hardware, software, networking) remotely for clients. • Provide user support, deliver training, and advise on IT best practices. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services, including maintaining and updating technical documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Computer Science • Education/training in networks and systems • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) • At least 3 years of experience in a user-facing IT support (Helpdesk) role • Excellent spoken and written French (C2) • Strong spoken and written English (minimum B2)
