📋 Description

• Align the company’s offerings with market expectations (competitive intelligence, IT trends, updating sales arguments) • Develop our digital visibility: SEO, content, website, social media • Generate leads through value-added content, multichannel campaigns and effective prospect database nurturing • Retain clients through regular communications and a nurturing program • Manage the partner network (vendors, manufacturers, distributors) through joint initiatives (webinars, events, co-marketing) • Strengthen brand awareness and image among SMEs and mid-sized companies • Create and optimize dedicated pages for offers and services on the website • Coordinate or produce content (articles, white papers, pillar pages, customer case studies) • Define the LinkedIn editorial calendar (company account + support for executives/experts) • Create and publish regular posts (news, case studies, offers, market insights) • Animate the community (responses, interactions, network growth) • Create and send a regular newsletter (news, offers, IT watch points, customer cases) • Ensure brand consistency across all channels • Formalize and update integration, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud offers, etc. across different formats (PowerPoint, white papers, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Digital • 3 to 5 years minimum experience in a similar role, ideally in the B2B IT sector • Excellent command of digital marketing (SEO, social media, inbound marketing) • Strong proficiency in social networks (LinkedIn) & community management • Solid understanding of the IT ecosystem / managed services / cybersecurity / cloud • Ability to write clear, technical and value-oriented content • Familiarity with tools: CMS (WordPress preferred), CRM / automation tools (HubSpot, Brevo, Pipedrive…), analytics tools (GA4, Search Console), design tools (Canva, Adobe) • Autonomy, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel • Proactive, creative and detail-oriented • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Results-oriented with analytical mindset • Ability to work with technical and sales teams
