📋 Description

• Develop and scale the compliance function for a portfolio of mobile products • Lead the team by setting priorities, assigning responsibilities, and developing expertise and team members • Integrate compliance processes into Product, Marketing, and other business functions • Develop and automate review processes for product changes, marketing activities, and new initiatives • Monitor policy changes from Apple App Store, Google Play, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms and assess their business impact • Build a systematic approach to compliance and regulatory risks, including risk maps, priorities, metrics, and work plans • Advise C-level, Product, Marketing, and Legal on compliance risks and help identify business solutions within requirements • Coordinate complex compliance incidents and communication with external platforms and partners • Develop unified compliance approaches and standards for the product portfolio • Identify opportunities to improve the function and independently initiate changes • Develop reputation management as a separate function area in the future

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Compliance, Trust & Safety, Legal, or a related field • Legal education • Experience in a product company, specifically with mobile applications • Practical experience with mobile app compliance, including Apple App Store, Google Play, and advertising platforms • Experience managing a team • Experience rebuilding, improving, and scaling processes • Strong understanding of business processes and risk management • Strong analytical and strategic skills • Ability to handle complex cases and find practical solutions • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels, including C-level, Product, Marketing, and Legal • Ability to translate complex regulatory and platform requirements into clear business recommendations • English at B2+ level, spoken and written • Experience automating compliance processes is a plus • Experience managing managers is a plus
