📋 Description

• Independently gather user, data, competitor, and stakeholder-requirement context for product research • Formulate problems and justify design decisions • Design and redesign UI/UX flows for internal Engine products, including Paywall Builder SDU, KissMyCockpit, AutoRules, Sauron Eye, and Refund • Build and maintain a reusable design-system and UI-kit library of components and patterns • Use Figma, Stitch, Pencil, and LLM tools for rapid drafts and variations • Own final design quality and decisions • Deliver complex flows end-to-end, from problem definition and user flow through mockups and semantic handoff to development • Support stakeholder and presentation design as needed • Help make Engine products fast, clear, and consistent tools for product and marketing teams

🎯 Requirements

• Product UI/UX portfolio • Proficiency in Figma • Ability to independently conduct product research, including user flows, competitor analysis, and requirements work • Experience working with design systems / UI kits • AI fluency in the design process • Experience with paywall / subscription flows is a plus • Motion design is a plus • Understanding of front-end semantics and handoff of designs to code is a plus • Experience in a product platform / product factory is a plus
