📋 Description

• Develop equipment plans for construction sites together with customers • Plan machinery, sequencing, services, and access and space requirements throughout the project lifecycle • Manage complex projects throughout their entire lifecycle • Advise customers and explain alternative solutions • Check availability, negotiate prices and terms with rental partners, and allocate the company’s own inventory • Independently handle breakdowns, extensions, rescheduling, and damage cases, and proactively inform customers • Review supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate customer invoicing • Manage assigned accounts, follow up on outstanding quotes, and develop customer relationships • Identify recurring process issues, raise them in a structured manner, and contribute to improving processes

🎯 Requirements

• Independently manage multiple projects in parallel, coordinating deadlines, costs, and changing stakeholders • Think proactively rather than simply execute tasks, and take ownership of outcomes • Data-driven and analytical approach to work • Strong affinity for digitalization, ideally in the construction sector • Clear, reliable communication with customers, partners, and team members, both in writing and by phone • Meticulous documentation • Completed university degree or commercial vocational training • Business-fluent German and English • Willingness to see tasks through to completion, report problems at an early stage, and investigate the root causes of recurring errors
