📋 Description

• Responsibility for liquidity planning as well as revenue, cost, and profit forecasts • Developing scenarios to support executive decision-making • Analyzing margins and profitability at product, bundle, and category level • Monitoring cost of goods sold, freight, and marketing costs • Evaluating new products, campaigns, and investments together with E-Commerce, Purchasing, and Marketing • Establishing monthly management reporting and KPI dashboards for cash, margin, working capital, and inventory coverage • Coordinating collaboration with Accounting and tax advisors • Monitoring deadlines • Supporting the executive team in bank discussions and financing matters • Developing scalable finance structures and processes • Potential future functional leadership of additional team members

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in Finance, commercial management, or Controlling • Confident in cash flow planning, forecasting, and budgeting • Experience in a growing e-commerce or retail company is a plus • Ability to build contribution margin and costing models • Ability to derive clear, actionable decision-making insights from financial data • Ability to identify financial opportunities and risks at an early stage and develop scenarios • Self-directed and meticulous working style • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Experience with ERP or merchandise management systems is an advantage • Ability to communicate financial relationships clearly and confidently stand by your assessments
