📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of existing customers throughout their learning journey • Ensure high customer engagement and long-term retention • Conduct outbound sales and retention activities via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM • Renew learning packages • Build strong customer relationships and understand customer goals • Recommend appropriate learning solutions • Negotiate offers and prepare personalized proposals • Close renewals, upsells, and reactivations • Maintain accurate CRM records • Collaborate with Customer Success, Teaching Operations, and Finance teams

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) — mandatory • From 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, EdTech, SaaS, Account Management, B2C Sales, Telemarketing, Retention, or similar customer-facing roles • Strong CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) • Objection handling and closing techniques • Experience working remotely in an international environment is a plus • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment • Own laptop • Stable internet connection • Quiet place to work
