📋 Description
• Deliver 1:1 online trial lessons • Assess the child’s needs and recommend the most suitable Kodland program • Support the family through the enrollment decision • Build rapport and ask targeted questions to understand the child’s background, interests, goals, and prior experience • Lead a short hands-on activity using prepared materials • Answer questions and guide the family toward a clear decision regarding enrollment
🎯 Requirements
• Clear, confident spoken Arabic & English • A reliable laptop or PC with a working webcam and microphone • Stable internet connection suitable for uninterrupted Zoom video calls • A quiet, professional workspace with your camera turned on • Consistent availability of 20-25 hours per week during prime time (weekday afternoons/evenings + daytime weekend hours) • Genuine comfort communicating with both children and adults • Background in sales, customer service, customer success, tutoring, or coaching (nice-to-have) • Any prior experience working with children and/or parents (nice-to-have) • Experience working remotely and managing your own schedule independently (nice-to-have)
