📋 Description
• Responsible for planning, operating and further developing our database landscape • Ensure high performance, availability and security of the databases • Administration, configuration and upgrades of PostgreSQL and Oracle databases • Performance analysis and optimization • Design and operation of high-availability and replication solutions • Monitoring, capacity planning and storage management
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of experience (5+ years) as a database administrator in enterprise environments • Deep expertise in PostgreSQL and Oracle • Confident handling of administration, upgrades, patching, backup/recovery and performance analysis • Experience with HA and replication solutions such as Data Guard, HAS, Streaming Replication or Patroni • Fluent German and strong English skills
