📋 Description

• Develop scalable, AI-driven applications on SAP BTP using SAP AI Core and AI Foundation services • Architect systems integrating generative AI into core business processes such as Lead-to-Cash or Source-to-Pay • Use GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and SAP-specific LLMs to write, refactor, and document CAP or RAP code • Apply prompt engineering for automated code generation • Design and manage data pipelines connecting structured SAP data with unstructured insights • Integrate RESTful APIs and use SAP HANA Cloud’s vector engine for RAG architectures • Maintain Git workflows and Gitflow strategies for versioning application logic and AI model configurations • Develop reusable Angular or SAP UI5 components with AI-powered recommendations and natural-language interactions • Containerize AI models and microservices with Docker • Deploy and manage workloads via SAP AI Core • Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies • Test and adopt new AI development tools to improve team workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Strong foundation in Node.js or Java • Experience with the CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) framework is a must • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern SAPUI5 • Understanding of Fiori Design Guidelines • Experience managing code versioning within SAP Continuous Integration and Delivery or Azure DevOps • Ability to navigate the SAP BTP Cockpit • Experience deploying MTAs (Multi-Target Applications) • Understanding of Cloud Foundry and Kyma (Kubernetes) • Experience using AI tools for boilerplate generation, unit test creation, and complex debugging • Ability to craft precise instructions for LLMs for high-quality, secure code outputs • Technical ability to audit AI-generated code for security vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks • Experience integrating RESTful APIs • Experience managing high-performance databases, specifically SAP HANA Cloud’s vector engine • Experience with Git workflows and Gitflow strategies • Experience with Docker and containerization • Experience with Angular or SAP UI5 • Experience integrating OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini APIs into web applications is nice-to-have • Familiarity with vector databases such as pgvector or Pinecone is nice-to-have • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP is nice-to-have • Experience with JUnit, Jasmine/Karma, or equivalent is nice-to-have
