📋 Description

• Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization • Design and develop new data products for the service business, focusing on company-wide reporting • Support organizational development through process mining tools for process analysis and optimization • Lead further data-related development initiatives • Provide analyses and insights to support strategic decision-making • Design and develop data models based on SAP Datasphere • Create analytical dashboards and KPI reports in SAP Analytics Cloud • Identify optimization opportunities based on analytical results • Implement, document, and roll out data models • Lead data-driven projects and initiatives as Project Manager or Program Manager • Build and implement a Process Mining solution for root cause analyses

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field • Strong passion for data, analytics, and business processes • Excellent conceptual thinking skills • Strong technical capabilities • Ability to solve complex business challenges in a structured manner • Good understanding of business contexts • Ability to identify opportunities where data analytics can improve processes and performance • Solid knowledge of data analysis methods and models • Experience working with large datasets • Experience using databases and data visualization tools • Proficient to advanced knowledge of SQL • Practical experience with SAP • Excellent communication skills • Ability to present findings clearly, persuasively, and in a stakeholder-oriented manner
