📋 Description

• Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday HCM modules. • Conduct client working sessions to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. • Assess client needs and propose recommendations or alternative solutions. • Identify process improvements and implement system enhancements. • Assist clients with testing Workday configuration, knowledge transfer, and documentation. • Troubleshoot business processes, calculated fields, business logic, file loads, and configuration. • Implement solutions using the company’s methodology and processes. • Consult, execute, and prioritize conflicting demands across multiple concurrent clients. • Communicate lessons learned, Workday best practices, and Kognitiv’s point of view to clients. • Complete deliverables within prescribed timelines and escalate issues as necessary. • Research problems, identify root causes, and present or implement corrective measures. • Contribute to the knowledge management repository through Q&A, documented deliverables, knowledge-sharing sessions, and best-practice posts. • Provide guidance and coaching to team members. • Collaborate on team-based projects and meet role-specific performance indicators.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a Workday client. • Experience configuring Workday Core HCM and Security. • Experience developing Custom Reports, Dashboards, and Calculated Fields. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Consulting skills, including presenting to business partners, creating documentation and technical guides, participating in workshops, and explaining solutions. • Experience implementing complex business solutions under competing deadlines and priorities. • Demonstrated commitment to delivery excellence and client satisfaction. • Ability to prioritize and organize work with little supervision. • Ability to manage timelines, deadlines, and goals. • Initiative and curiosity to build skills in other areas. • Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and deliverables. • Ability to work within remote teams and independently. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment. • Ability to meet travel requirements of less than 5% a year. • Must have work authorization in India that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
